SHIPPING & RETURN

We will send your tracking number and tracking link to every order by email as soon as we have dispatched the package.

Your order will be delivered within 3 - 9 business days. Your glasses will usually reach you faster, but may take the full 9 business days depending on the complexity of your prescription and the package you selected.

We offer worldwide free shipping.

At BlueOpticsLab, we guarantee the quality of our eyewear. If you are not happy with your glasses, simply contact us for a refund or a replacement.

A one-time replacement pair will be only issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

Once the goods are received in our warehouses and subject to the confirmation of their condition, we proceed with the reimbursement of the amount. Please note that the refund may take several weeks to evaluate the goods received.
